The SEA Library Catalogue provides a list of books available at the SEA library. If you are interested in referring a book, please drop a mail to info@energy.gov.lk. We would confirm the availability of the book via email. You could refer our books free of charge, at the SEA during working hours. Books are not allowed to be removed from the SEA premises unless with special permission. Facilities would be provided to photocopy or scan material in a limited numbers for a nominal fee.
